Notice of Intent to Adopt IS/MND for the Willits Rail with Trail Project

A public hearing will be held at the April 27th, 2022, regularly scheduled City Council meeting to consider adoption of an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the City's Rail with Trail Project..  The draft IS/MND, Appendices and Notice of Intent can be viewed by clicking on the following links:
